Thank you, all of you, who came out to Spring Concert 2 this past Saturday! We hope you enjoyed the bands, the tag wall, and all the other stuff we had going on. We certainly enjoyed having you.
Several of the bands spoke positively to us about the awesome, friendly crowd and how much they enjoyed performing in Clemson. Some admitted that they didn't expect much from the 29631-4, since let's be honest, it's known more for football than indie music or college radio. But these same people also said they'd come back in a heartbeat! And that means Clemson is building a music scene, and both You the Listener and WSBF are a part of it and in the heart of it. Awesome.
We were able to donate 184 pounds of non-perishable food and over $300 in cash to Clemson Community Care thanks to your generosity. We can't thank you enough, and neither can the families who now have food on the table, right when they need it the most with this crappy economy.
Mad props go out to all reading this. WSBF will return in a year with Spring Festival 3, so stay tuned! Expect big things, because big things will be delivered.
